The hotel's location near the railway station is convenient, but the varying levels of service during day and night shifts impacted my overall experience. Mr Manjeet's lackluster assistance at night contrasted sharply with the helpfulness of the daytime staff. On a positive note, the hotel's surroundings were pleasant, and the receptionist and daytime staff were friendly and efficient. The delicious food at the on-site restaurant provided good value for money. While amenities like free parking, air conditioning, and an electric kettle were appreciated, the inconsistent service quality and maintenance issues may deter some guests seeking a more luxurious stay. Ultimately, Sagar Hotel offers adequate accommodation at a reasonable price, but improvements in service and facilities could elevate the overall guest experience.
